Internal Dispute & Complaint Resolution Instructions

Complaint

How Will My Complaint Be Processed?

Respectology will notify you that we have received your complaint within ten days of its arrival.

Respectology management will investigate the complaint in a timely manner.  The investigation shall be appropriate, impartial, and completed within 30 days of filing the complaint.  If Respectology fails to complete the investigation in 30 days, it shall issue written notice to the complainant informing the complainant that it was unable to complete the investigation and the estimated date of completion.  If the complainant would like to take legal steps in lieu of waiting for the final determination, said action will be governed by the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying California law.  

Final Determination

Respectology will then issue a final letter of determination to the complainant within 10 days of completion of the investigation. If the final determination is not in the complainant’s favor, and the complainant would like to take legal action, the complainant is encouraged to seek independent legal counsel.
